The researchers and managers of IDIAPJGol (Research Institute in Primary Health Care Jordi Gol) had their second day of training today, which gave them the tools they need to improve the competitiveness of their innovation projects.
During this session, they have learned about the key concepts of the Health Innovation Cycle, our work methodology adapted from Boston’s Cimit, and the most important milestones to meet as projects progresses.
They have identified the most effective strategies for overcoming the critical period until the product begins to generate profits, which outweigh the expenses, and they have also identified the main operating models, as there is no one-size-fits-all method of transferring knowledge and impact.
In the practical phase, the participants have started working on the business model of an innovative project.
